Research Interests: Neurophysiology: Synaptic transmission and its modulation. Hyperbaric pressure physiology:
cellular and system levels. Diving physiology: HPNS. Cellular process associated with learning and memory. Physiology
and therapy of Parkinson’s disease: animal model.
Research Projects:
1. High pressure modulation of AMPA and NMDA synaptic transmission in rat hippocampal brain slices.
2. High pressure modulation of synaptic transmission in guinea pig cerebellar brain slices.
